Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire properties for sale/ rent
- Keep the client abreast about the sales process.
- Network with professionals to expand work opportunities and relationships to specialise in an area/ community.
- Present to potential clients and conduct viewings.
- Prepare necessary documentation for transactions
- Stay updated on market trends and best practices.
Qualification and Skills required:
- Sales negotiation, communication and client relationship skills
- Time management and organizational skills
- Experience in real estate market of Dubai is preferred
- Prior sales experience in banking/ insurance/ motor industry
- Financially driven and highly motivated
- Presentable with a professional image
- Native English speaker (preferred)
